Event Details
No.15’s head chef, 30-year-old Oliver Clarke, is teaming up with a previous head chef, Jamie Rogers – who he counts as a big influence on his career to date – to bring a very foodie slant to his second supper club in The Dispensary. Jamie was named South West chef of the year in 2015 and now works at The Wardroom in Salcombe. The duo have conjured a four-course menu featuring seasonal combinations, with plenty of contemporary flourishes, to ensure a truly memorable evening.
