Event Details

No.15’s head chef, Oliver Clarke, is bringing a seafood slant to his May supper club in The Dispensary. Oliver has conjured a delicious four-course feast featuring sea bream, succulent scallops and turbot paired with seasonal accompaniments from Wye Valley asparagus to Jerusalem artichokes and rhubarb. Fish and seafood lovers will be in their element.

Scallop, hazelnut, Jerusalem artichoke, tartare hollandaise

Turbot, bacon, mushrooms, broad beans

Duck egg custard tart, rhubarb, clotted cream ice-cream
