No.15’s head chef is making the revered truffle the star of the show in his September supper club in The Dispensary. We've has come-up with a delicious three-course feast celebrating the best of the season, with Old Grenadier and black truffle twice-baked soufflé, roasted Manor Farm duck breast with a truffle gratin and red wine jus and local goat’s cheese and truffled honey parfait, with wines to complement each course.
