come up with a three-course menu to tempt you with. Guests can expect wood pigeon with caraway savoy and beetroot textures, loin
of rabbit stuffed with Stornoway black pudding with celeriac rosti and red wine jus and lemon tart with wild berries and vanilla
mascarpone for pudding, as well as wines to complement each course.
