Available from 6-9.30pm on Tuesday 24th December 2019 we will be serving a three-course dinner in The Dispensary:
MENU
Amuse bouche
Artichoke and white bean cappuccino, bacon crisp
To start
Smoked duck rillettes, plum compote, sourdough crisps
or
Avocado and crayfish cocktail
Mains
Roasted Breton chicken breast, fondant potato, creamed kale, wild mushroom and garlic sauce
or
Glazed honey and mustard ham knuckle, soured red cabbage, champ mash
or
Hazelnut and truffle gnocchi, mushroom and spinach fricassée, parmesan crisps
Desserts
Drambuie crème brûlée, ginger snap biscuits
or
Rum baba, poached fruit, Chantilly cream
and
Coffee and salted caramel truffles
