Head chef Matt Gillard has come up with something of a treat for the first in our 2020 supper club series. He’s combining the best of British beef and lobster tail for a decadent main course in this four-course feast, which also includes white onion velouté with local truffle, smoked fish and saffron terrine with quail's egg and spiced arancini and smoked bacon and maple ice-cream with biscotti, calamansi and goji berries, as well as wines to complement each course.
