Potato and leek velouté, smoked haddock, quail's egg

Clementine cured salmon, horseradish mousseline, heritage beetroots

Chicken liver parfait, poached cherries, pain d'epice, almond purée

Mains
Roast Cornish hake, caramelised cauliflower, smoked mash, spinach and cranberry, caper brown butter sauce

Roast Wiltshire venison, caramelised chicory, brussels tops, burnt orange purée, sloe gin sauce

Desserts
Chocolate delice, Chantilly mousse and coffee ice-cream

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking and you will receive an email reminding you to pay the balance on 1st December 2017. Any bookings taken after 1st December require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Tables are individual as booked.
