Available from 6-9.30pm on Thursday 26th December 2019 we will be serving a four-course dinner in The Dispensary:

To start
Leek and potato soup, parmesan crisp, chive crème fraiche
and
Wasabi prawns, pickled daikon and ginger, miso mayonnaise
Mains
Braised beef shins ‘bourguignon’, herb dumplings, savoy cabbage, chantenay carrots
or
Pan-roasted cod, aioli roast potatoes, trompette mushrooms, chicken oysters, fish red wine jus
or
Winter vegetable caramelised upside-down tart, goat’s curd, smoked pepper pesto
Desserts
Chocolate and honeycomb bomb, hot salted caramel sauce

Coconut panna cotta, chilli pineapple, rum syrup
